"Puts modern gas camping gear to shame!. I timed my full 2.5 pinter at 6 minutes 10 seconds from cold to 'violent boil' on 2 sheets of twisted newspaper and a bit of kindling, that was still burning long enough for a second kettle full for the washing up! Very safe, contained fire, so minimal ground scrape required, or put it on a flat rock/log. Caution:- put the cork in overnight, even if empty, to avoid cooked creepy crawly visitors in your morning cuppa.!.. and superb service from the company, when I lost my fire bowl.. two replacements for €20 delivered to UK.. Brilliant.. and Thank You!"
