"Dear Kelly Kettle Co.,

Just thought you'd like to know that 10 of us went on a 2 week wilderness canoe trip this summer in the Algonquin Nat. Park in Canada.  With the exception of two 'mini' Kelly Kettles, we hired everything from an outfitter in the park.  We took Kelly's as we wanted to stop for a brew rather than spend hours boiling water at breakfast for flasks and the 2 minis were perfect.  So much so that we stopped using the supplied stoves as much and ........

used the kelly's for all water boiling including boiling water to then rehydrate  the freeze dried food.  The end result was that having been given 6 cylinders of gas we took 4 full ones back.  We also benefited from not having to take flasks or carry them over the portages. We found it much easier to do the portages and then put the Kelly's on at the next lake. 
Note: all water for consumption had to be boiled anyway to kill the germs.  What a piece of Kit!
And what well traveled Kelly's - customs were fascinated!
