Yes - we ship internationally. All orders are shipped within 1 working day. Delivery times and shipping costs are detailed on our SHIPPING INFO page and listed below for your convenience.
There are no hidden or additional shipping charges.
Shipping charges based on purchase amount
Orders < £20 shipping cost = £3.00
Orders < £60 shipping cost = £5.00
Orders < £120 shipping cost = £8.50
Orders < £200 shipping cost = £12.50
Orders < £300 shipping cost = £20.00
Orders < £400 shipping cost = £30.00

UK & Ireland ..2-3 days (Courier - Track & Trace)
Europe ..............6 days
U.S. ..................14 - 21 days
Canada/Rest of the World ..10 days (Airmail)
- We ship internationally. There is no additional cost for international shipping. E.g. - shipping for a Kelly Kettle 'Kit' to the U.S., Canada, Australia, etc. is just £5.00 (approx. €5.45 / US $6.95)
- All U.K., E.U., Canadian & Rest of the World orders are shipped within 24 hours.
- U.K. orders are couriered - please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the parcel. A work address is preferable if possible.
- U.S. orders are delivered via UPS. Please note that UPS can not deliver to a PO Box address nor to a Military base. Please provide a full address that is suitable for receiving parcels.
- Note: We no longer ship to South Africa due to ongoing difficulties with the Postal system and items been undelivered or lost. We sincerely apologise to South African customers for this inconvenience.
