• We ship internationally. There is no additional cost for international shipping. E.g. - shipping for a Kelly Kettle 'Kit' to the U.S., Canada, Australia, etc. is just £5.00 (approx. €5.45 / US $6.95)
• All U.K., E.U., Canadian & Rest of the World orders are shipped within 24 hours.
• U.K. orders are couriered - please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the parcel. A work address is preferable if possible.
• U.S. orders are delivered via UPS. Please note that UPS can not deliver to a PO Box address nor to a Military base.  Please provide a full address that is suitable for receiving parcels.
• Note: We no longer ship to South Africa due to ongoing difficulties with the Postal system and items been undelivered or lost. We sincerely apologise to South African customers for this inconvenience.
