Delivery / Claims / Returns


UK & Ireland

  • We ship all orders within 1 working day (Monday - Friday).  Delivery/Transit times are normally 2-3 working days (Tracked) on all Kettle and Kettle 'Kit' Orders. 
  • We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all Kettle & Kettle Kit orders within the U.K. and IRELAND.
  • For 'Next Day Delivery' in U.K. & Ireland, orders need to be placed before 12:00 hrs.   'Next Day' = Next Working Day. Weekend Delivery is not guaranteed.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (unless it's a Bank/National Holiday).
  • 'Next Day' applies to the Island of Ireland & mainland U.K. only. The Islands may take up to 3 working days.
  • Bank Holidays are not working days.
  • Smaller items are shipped standard mail - usually No Tracking.  So, please allow between 3-5 working days for these smaller items to be delivered. 

Europe

  • We ship all orders within 1 working day.  Delivery/Transit times are normally between 4-7 working days for all Kettle and 'Kits' (Tracked)
  • We provide REDUCED SHIPPING RATES to all European destinations.
  • Smaller items are shipped using Priority Airmail (No tracking) so, please allow at least 10 working days for these smaller items to be delivered.

Rest of the World

    • We ship all orders within 1 working day, Delivery/Transit times are normally between 7-12 working days. 
    • We ship internationally using DPD Couriers (Europe only), Standard Airmail or UPS (Europe, Canada, New Zealand, etc.)
    • All displayed prices include VAT (sales tax) @ 23%. However, when shipping to a destination outside of the E.U., this sales tax is NOT Charged. Hence, the price of the actual item itself will reduce by 23% when you update the shopping cart with the shipping destination.
    • Please ensure there is someone at the deliver address to receive the parcel.
    • Alternatively, you may be able to order from some of our International Sites - see below.

When you add a product to the shopping Cart, you will be asked to enter your destination to get the 'actual shipping' charge for the items in your cart.

  • Simply select your country to get a quote which will display as follows: 
    Example: Best Way Table Rate £4.50
  • If happy, select the rate, update total and check out.
  • NOTE: Where possible, please provide a business address for delivery. Parcels are delivered during normal working hours and a signature is normally required.  


Approximate Delivery Times:

  • UK & Ireland .... 2-3 days (unless next day delivery selected)
  • Europe ............. 4-7 days
  • U.S., Canada, Australia & Rest of the World .......approx 10-12 days (Airmail)

DELIVERY

We will endeavor to ship all orders with 48 working hours (2 working days) of your order.  Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products.

Note on Failed Delivery Attempts: Ordinarily, goods are delivered during normal working hours (9 am - 5 pm).  If you provide a delivery address, to which the goods cannot be delivered during normal working hours, then the goods/parcel may be returned to us (normally after at least two failed delivery attempts) by the courier/postal service. If this happens, you will be responsible for all shipping charges required to resend the item the second time. If for whatever reason you decide not to have the goods re-shipped, then you will be entitled to a refund of the cost price of the goods, but you will not be entitled to a refund of the initial shipping costs for the item.



CLAIMS / RETURNS
We like to keep things simple so that every purchase you make with kellykettle.com is completely risk free. If you're not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and the item is unused, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All you need to do is contact us before you return your goods and we will guide you through the process to make everything as quick and easy as possible.

We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the Product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). You will be responsible for all shipping charges required to return the unwanted item to us.
To ensure a full refund, the item to be returned needs to be unused, undamaged and must have its original packaging undamaged and intact.
