Oklahoma Chilli with Corn

OKLAHOMA CHILLI WITH CORN
Serves 3

1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
1 can (8.6 oz) Bush’s Southern Pit Barbecue Beans, undrained 1/2 can (14.5 oz) Fire roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 box (9 0z) frozen corn
1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 02)
1 cups corn chips
TIP: (Take 3 zip lock bags: In one, mix the onions and ground beef. In the second, mix the beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, chili powder and cumin. In the 3rd, mix the corn chips and cheese)

STEP 1
In 2 quart saucepan, cook beef and onion over your Hobo Stove (medium heat) 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.

STEP 2
Stir in the remaining ingredients (that you previously mixed in a zip lock bag) except cheese and corn chips. Heat to boiling then simmer uncovered 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until corn is tender. Top with cheese and corn chips.
